Our Experience?
Tony Burch started Waypoint Associates in 1995 and leads all assignments. Experience includes :-
- 20 years as MD of several £3M to £15M companies operating in technology, engineering, manufacturing and services markets. Includes 7 years as Chairman and Chief Executive of a USM quoted plc
- 12 years with Waypoint Associates in Interim MD/Director, Turnaround Manager, Independent Chairman/Director and Consultant roles
- Eight turnarounds, two start-ups, JV’s/strategic alliances, temporary MD roles and over ten acquisition and sale projects, most including post acquisition integration
- Cranfield MBA. Chartered Engineer. Cambridge Engineering Degree
